Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ride, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Onewheel or accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please note that boards must be in new, unused condition with less than 2 miles on the odometer to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Onewheel is powered off and all included chargers and manuals are inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
